Reachly ("Reachly", "we", "us", or "our") operates the platform available at reachly.pk (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide directly:

  • Account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
  • Profile information for Creators, including bio, photo, session types, prices, and social handles.
  • Identity verification (KYC) documents for Creators, such as CNIC details, where required for verification and payouts.
  • Payout details such as your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account information (for Creators).
  • Content you submit, including reviews, ratings, messages, and support requests.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data such as pages viewed, bookings made, device type, browser, and IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you logged in and to improve the Platform.

Payment information:

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including PayFast, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Your full card or wallet credentials are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored on Reachly's servers. We receive limited transaction data (such as confirmation of payment, amount, and reference) needed to complete and record your booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process bookings, payments, and Creator payouts.
  • Generate and deliver video call links and booking confirmations.
  • Send notifications and reminders by email, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.
  • Verify Creator identity and prevent fraud.
  • Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
  • Improve, secure, and personalise the Platform.
  • Send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications (which you can opt out of).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Platform:

  • Between Creators and Followers: Limited booking details are shared so a session can take place (for example, a Follower's name may be visible to the Creator they booked, and vice versa).
  • With payment providers (PayFast, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) to process transactions and payouts.
  • With service providers such as Google (for Google Meet video links), email, and messaging providers, who process data on our behalf.
  • For legal reasons, where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Reachly and its users.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. WhatsApp and Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional messages (such as booking confirmations and reminders) via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time while continuing to receive essential transactional messages.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Sensitive payment credentials are handled by our payment providers under their own security standards.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymise it.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Access and update your account information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal and financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
