Welcome to Reachly. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reachly website, platform, and services available at reachly.pk (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Reachly ("Reachly", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, booking a session, offering a session, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Reachly

Reachly is a Pakistan-based online marketplace that connects content creators, mentors, and experts ("Creators") with their audience ("Followers" or "Users") for paid, one-on-one video call sessions. Reachly facilitates discovery, scheduling, payment, and the generation of a video call link for each booking. Reachly is a facilitator and intermediary. We are not a party to the actual session content or advice exchanged between a Creator and a Follower.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to book or offer sessions. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Creators may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their profile is published or before payouts are released.

4. The Service

For Followers: You may browse Creator profiles, select a session type and duration (typically 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes), choose an available time slot, and pay the listed price. On successful payment you receive a booking confirmation and a Google Meet link (delivered by email, WhatsApp, and in-app) for the scheduled session.

For Creators: You may create a profile, define your session types, prices, and availability, and receive a unique booking link (reachly.pk/[your-handle]). You are responsible for hosting your booked sessions at the scheduled time and for the quality and conduct of those sessions.

5. Pricing, Fees, and Payments

All prices are displayed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Session prices are set by Creators, typically ranging from PKR 500 to PKR 5,000.

Reachly charges a platform fee of 10% on every successful booking. The Creator receives 90% of the session price. Payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment providers, including PayFast, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider.

Funds for a booking are held securely (in escrow) and released to the Creator's earnings balance after the session is completed. Creators may withdraw their available earnings to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or a bank account, subject to any minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times stated on the Platform.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before booking.

7. Video Sessions

Sessions take place over Google Meet or another video service integrated with the Platform. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and environment for your session. Recording a session is only permitted with the explicit consent of all participants. Reachly does not monitor the live content of sessions.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another user.
  • Solicit or conduct transactions off-platform to avoid fees.
  • Share content that is sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise prohibited under Pakistani law.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform.

Creators must deliver the service they advertise, in good faith, and must not offer illegal services or content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

9. Creator Obligations and Independence

Creators are independent parties, not employees, agents, or representatives of Reachly. Reachly does not guarantee any level of earnings to Creators and does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the specific advice, opinions, or outcomes of any session. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from their earnings.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its branding, design, and software, is owned by Reachly and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our written permission. Content you submit (such as your profile or reviews) remains yours, but you grant Reachly a non-exclusive licence to display and use it for operating and promoting the Platform.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party services, including Google Meet for video calls and payment providers (PayFast, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) for transactions. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third parties.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reachly disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that sessions will meet your expectations, that Creators will provide accurate or useful advice, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reachly's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total platform fees we received from you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct, advice, or content of any Creator or Follower.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reachly and its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behaviour, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time. Outstanding payout obligations owed to a Creator at the time of termination will be settled in line with our policies, subject to any dispute or fraud review.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. Disputes between a Creator and a Follower regarding a session may first be raised through Reachly's in-platform dispute resolution process.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
